Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D and 3D engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Draft parcellary maps, Road Right-of-Way (ROW) plans, site development plans, and engineering layouts.
• Revise drawings based on survey data, field validation, and project updates.
• Ensure drawings comply with DPWH, DENR, LGU, and project standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and project teams to deliver accurate technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in infrastructure, road, or parcellary drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience is required.
• Familiar with DPWH, DENR, and LGU standards.
• Detail-oriented with strong technical drafting and coordination skills.
