Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, revise, and update technical drawings, layouts, plans, and detailed designs using AutoCAD and other CAD software based on project requirements.
• Interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and engineering drawings, specifications, and sketches to produce accurate technical documentation.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, project specifications, applicable codes, and industry drafting practices.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, project managers, and site personnel to gather design requirements and incorporate necessary revisions.
• Review drawings for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before submission and identify potential conflicts or discrepancies.
• Maintain proper version control and organized filing of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings, shop drawings, construction details, and other project-related technical documents.
• Support project teams by providing technical drafting assistance during planning, execution, and project closeout stages.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and basic drawing measurements when required to support project estimates and planning.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of project drawings, plans, and technical information.
• Monitor assigned drafting tasks and ensure timely completion in accordance with project deadlines and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or Technical/Vocational certification in Drafting Technology, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in CAD drafting, technical design, or related drafting work.
• Experience in construction, engineering, architectural, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of other CAD or BIM software is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong AutoCAD skills and relevant training may also be considered.
