In our efforts to uplift the lives of people in the communities where our malls are situated, we are looking for a CAD Operator who will provide the most comprehensive and accurate architectural and mechanical design.

Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed working drawings and specifications
• Conduct a feasibility study
• Follow complex instructions for the modification of drawings using the company drafting standards

Requirements and skills:

• Graduate of Architecture, Drafting technology, or equivalent
• Has completed short courses related to CAD Drafting
• Proficient in CAD drafting and designing, and knows how to read working drawings and construction plans
• At least 2 years of relevant experience specializing in CAD drafting and designing
• Experience in the mall/restaurant/hotel industry an advantage
• Certified Auto CAD Drafter is an advantage
• Able to drive and willing to do field work
• Highly proficient in MS Office and design programs such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Photoshop
• Can start immediately
• Willing to work in Marikina City
