Project Sites: Batangas, Bulacan, and Laguna

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: Php 23,000 – Php 25,000 gross

Work Setup: On-site

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a CAD Operator in MEPF or construction projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software
• Strong knowledge of MEPF systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection)
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and coordination skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, modify, and revise MEPF drawings using CAD software
• Interpret engineering concepts and translate them into accurate technical drawings
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams for updates, revisions, and clarifications
• Maintain organized records of drawings and related documentation
