We are looking for a results-driven IT / Application Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that streamline business operations and enhance user experiences.

As an onsite team member in our Pasig office, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into scalable, reliable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Write clean, high-quality, and well-structured code to build and scale new software features and web applications.
• System Optimization: Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug existing application workflows to minimize operational downtime and improve performance.
• Integration & Architecture: Assist in designing and implementing system integrations and database workflows to ensure smooth data exchanges.
• Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Partner with internal teams and external clients to gather requirements, build prototypes, and map custom system logic.
• Documentation & Support: Author clear technical documentation, code comments, and best-practice guides; provide high-priority technical support when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of working experience in software or application development. (Open to fresh graduates with strong internship portfolios).
• Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite. Must be willing and able to work daily at our office location in Pasig City.
• Technical Skills Required:
• Proficiency in [Insert Tech Stack, e.g., Java / .NET / C# / PHP / Python].
• Familiarity with front-end technologies: [Insert e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular].
• Solid database experience using [Insert e.g., MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server].
• Understanding of standard software development lifecycles (SDLC) and version control tools like Git.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
