Job Description
岗位职责
负责交易所核心基础框架研发与优化；
负责 UDP 组播、行情链路、HDTS 等核心系统开发与维护；
负责低延迟、高吞吐网络通信架构设计；
持续优化系统性能、稳定性与资源利用率；
参与核心链路故障排查及稳定性治理；
推动底层框架标准化与工程化建设。
任职要求
8年以上 C++ 开发经验，具备扎实基础；
熟悉 Linux 网络编程、多线程、内存管理；
熟悉 UDP/TCP、组播、共享内存等高性能通信技术；
有低延迟、高并发系统开发经验；
熟悉 C++11/14/17，具备性能优化能力；
熟悉 Linux 性能分析与调优工具；
具备良好的工程质量与问题定位能力。
加分项
有交易所、行情、撮合、量化相关经验；
熟悉 Rust 开发；
有超低延迟系统优化经验；
熟悉 DPDK、RDMA、Kernel Bypass 等技术；
有行情分发、市场接入（MD/Order Entry）经验；
有高性能基础框架开发经验。
