Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cut, trim, de-bone and prepare meat products.
- Operate grinder, band saw and slicer safely.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be at least High School Graduate
- Well-trained in meat cutting (different cuts/parts of meat)
- Know how to use machine (grinder/band saw /slicer )
- Butcher Certification is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to be assign at Premium Choice Meat Shop - San Juan Branch
