Description

  • Prepares, cuts, blends, tenderizes, measures, and packs goods.
  • Cuts, trims, bones, ties, and grinds meats for preparation, including fish, chicken, and beef.
  • Ensure that the necessary station is available on time and that the station is set up appropriately and on time for each service period.
  • Mark the kind of cut, the time, and the meat's destination.

Requirements

  • Must hold an associate's degree in any subject or at least a high school diploma.
  • With at least five months of experience using a bandsaw, grinder, and slicer and cutting meat.
  • Chicken station
  • Can start ASAP
