Requirements

  • Skills and Competencies: Basic knife skills, knowledge of meat cuts, and food safety practices.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Cutting, trimming, and preparing various meats for sale.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, often requiring lifting and standing for long periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to work under pressure.
