Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in operations management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Minimum 5 years of experience in production management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills; proficiency in production software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee production processes, manage staff, ensure quality control, and maintain production schedules.
  • Working Conditions: Typically works in a manufacturing environment, may involve shifts and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptable, strong communicator, and ability to work under pressure.
