Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in business operations, sales, finance, or management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily Business Center operations, productivity, and overall performance.
• Monitor CG, DP, and Sales departments to ensure targets and objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, procedures, and trade regulations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Logistics, DP, Finance, and AHG to resolve concerns and improve operations.
• Drive revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements and business initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
