Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Business Intelligence & Strategy Analyst to support data-led decision-making across our iGaming operations. This role goes beyond reporting. The successful candidate will analyze player behavior, movement, and betting activity, and convert insights into strategic initiatives that increase player conversion, engagement, retention, and overall profitability.

The position plays a key role in optimizing acquisition funnels, product performance, promotions, CRM initiatives, and betting activity growth.

Key Responsibilities

Player Behavior and Movement Analysis

• Analyze the full player lifecycle

• Monitor and evaluate login players versus betting players on a daily basis.

• Identify funnel drop-offs and recommend corrective strategies to improve conversion.

• Analyze player movement across verticals (casino, sportsbook, specialty games).

• Evaluate betting count, wagering frequency, average bet size, and turnover trends.

• Segment players by behavior, value, and activity to identify monetization opportunities.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards tracking:

• Active users (DAU/MAU) and active bettors

• Conversion rates and player activation

• Turnover, GGR, NGR, margins, and RTP

• Retention, churn, cohort performance, and LTV

• Bonus utilization and promotion effectiveness

• Marketing and affiliate ROI

• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with clear business insights.

• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support management decision-making.

Strategy Development and Optimization

• Develop data-driven strategies to:

• Increase betting player count

• Improve registration-to-deposit and deposit-to-bet conversion

• Strengthen retention and reactivation rates

• Optimize bonus structures and promotional campaigns

• Design and evaluate A/B testing initiatives.

• Provide actionable recommendations to improve product flow, user experience, and campaign targeting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, Risk, and Operations teams.

• Support segmentation, targeting, and personalization initiatives.

• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Data Quality and Automation

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of reporting data.

• Improve automation of dashboards and reporting workflows.

• Assist in building scalable data models where necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Strategy roles.

• iGaming, online casino, or sportsbook experience is strongly preferred.

• Strong SQL proficiency.

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.

• Strong understanding of iGaming KPIs and player lifecycle analytics.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

• Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or R.

• Familiarity with GA4 and attribution analysis.

• Experience with data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.

• Knowledge of risk monitoring and fraud analytics within gaming environments.
