- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Build and maintain client relationships for long-term success.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospects and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- Track and report on business development metrics.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in business development or sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, excellent communication, sourcing, and Salesforce skills; ability in sales training, relationship building, competitor analysis, and creative problem solving.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Identify potential clients, assist in sales training, analyze competitors, and build strong relationships.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with some outside sales activities.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be self-motivated, adaptable, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
