岗位职责：
- 拓展、开发并维护渠道商、代理商（IB）、机构客户及 KOL 等合作伙伴；
- 对接加密货币、贵金属、外汇等交易领域的社区、媒体及行业资源；
- 根据区域市场特点制定市场拓展策略，完成业务增长目标；
- 为合作伙伴提供入驻对接、产品培训、运营支持及日常服务；
- 维护长期合作关系，提升合作伙伴活跃度与转化效果；
- 收集市场动态及用户反馈，并协同产品、运营团队持续优化服务。
任职要求：
- 具备 1 年以上加密货币交易所、Web3 或金融行业 BD、渠道销售经验，居住在粤港澳大湾区优先；
- 熟悉所在地区的加密市场及行业生态，有成熟渠道、机构或 KOL 资源者优先；
- 能够使用中文或英语作为工作语言，具备良好的本地市场沟通能力；
- 具备较强的商务拓展、谈判沟通和关系维护能力；
- 结果导向，执行力强，能够适应远程办公及目标管理模式；
- 具备良好的自我管理能力、责任心和团队协作意识。
