Office Location: 482 Gregorio Araneta Ave., Quezon City

Work Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday) | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Conduct process reviews across various operational areas to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Develop concept solutions and detailed process designs to enhance operational efficiency
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and reference materials as required
• Propose and develop business strategies to support growth objectives
• Create reports, studies, and data analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
• Target-oriented, analytical, and resilient to changing priorities
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent business management, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
