Senior Sales Development Representative (Onsite Work)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.

This is not a traditional cold-calling or appointment-setting role. We're looking for someone with proven experience in consultative prospecting—someone who knows how to research prospects, ask insightful questions, uncover business needs, and build meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers.

As a Senior SDR, you will represent our clients professionally and become an extension of their sales team. Your focus will be on generating high-quality sales opportunities by engaging with C-level executives and business leaders across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted research to identify ideal prospects and decision-makers.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
• Engage senior decision-makers including CEOs, Managing Directors, Sales Directors, and Operations Directors.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations by asking insightful questions to understand business challenges and objectives.
• Build rapport and establish credibility with prospective clients.
• Qualify leads based on agreed criteria such as business need, decision-making authority, budget, and timeline.
• Book high-quality meetings for the client's sales team.
• Handle objections professionally and nurture prospects who are not yet ready to buy.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
• Achieve individual KPIs for activity, qualified meetings, and pipeline generation.
• Represent the client's brand professionally at all times.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or in a similar outbound sales role.
• Proven experience in consultative prospecting and business development.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident engaging with C-level executives and senior business leaders.
• Strong research, questioning, and active listening skills.
• Experience handling objections and progressing sales conversations.
• Ability to build trust and develop long-term business relationships.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
• Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
• Comfortable working UK business hours.
