We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, as well as a genuine interest in TikTok, social commerce, and e-commerce.

In this role, you will help identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and build strong relationships with brands, clients, creators, affiliates, suppliers, and other potential business partners. You will also work closely with internal teams to support the growth of our TikTok Shop and overall e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential revenue streams across TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with brands, suppliers, affiliates, influencers, content creators, clients, and other business partners.
• Support the growth and expansion of TikTok Shop and other e-commerce operations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and potential areas for business growth.
• Present company services, partnership opportunities, and business proposals to prospective clients and partners.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the effective execution of projects, partnerships, and campaigns.
• Prepare business development reports, presentations, proposals, and regular updates for management.
• Assist in achieving the company's sales, partnership, and overall growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of TikTok, TikTok Shop, social media platforms, and e-commerce operations is an advantage.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce business models.
