Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1.    Business Development

·      Identify new business opportunities and target markets.

·      Develop strategies to expand kiosk sales and commissary services..

·      Prospect and secure new clients.

·      Build strategic partnerships with institutions, companies, schools and organizations.

·      Conduct market research to identify emerging trends.

·      Ensure proper storage, stock rotation (FIFO) and handling of finished products prior to distribution.

2.    Sales Growth

·      Meet monthly and annual sales targets.

·      Prepare and present sales proposals.

·      Negotiate contracts and pricing within company guidelines.

·      Monitor sales pipeline and conversion rates.

·      Increase average sales per client.

3.    Customer Relationship Management

·      Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

·      Conduct regular client visits.

·      Resolve customer concerns promptly.

·      Monitor customer satisfaction.

·      Encourage repeat business and referrals.

4.    Marketing & Brand Development

·      Assist in developing promotional campaigns.

·      Recommend new products based on market demand.

·      Monitor competitors’ activities.

·      Participate in trade fairs and community events.

·      Promote the company’s brand image.

5.    Business Planning & Reporting

·      Prepare weekly activity reports.

·      Submit sales forecasts.

·      Maintain accurate client records.

·      Monitor sales performance against targets.

·      Provide market intelligence to Management.

6.    Coordination with Operations

·      Communicate customer requirements accurately.

·      Coordinate product launches.

·      Ensure customer commitments are operationally feasible.

·      Monitor delivery performance affecting client satisfaction.

7.    Administrative Compliance

·      Maintain complete sales documentation.

·      Ensure contracts and quotations are properly filed.

·      Follow company policies.

·      Protect confidential business information.
