Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven, and highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have an interest in TikTok, social commerce, and e-commerce, and be capable of building strong relationships with clients, brands, creators, affiliates, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams on TikTok and other platforms.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, suppliers, affiliates, influencers, creators, and potential clients

• Support the growth and development of TikTok Shop and e-commerce operations

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities

• Present company services, partnership opportunities, and proposals to prospective clients and partners

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and campaigns

• Prepare reports, presentations, and business development updates for management

• Assist in achieving company sales and growth objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or any related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities

• Knowledge of TikTok, TikTok Shop, social media platforms, and e-commerce operations is an advantage

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with TikTok trends, livestreaming, and e-commerce

• Experience working with influencers, affiliates, or content creators is a plus

• Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies
