DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Business Development team in acquiring new corporate and potential clients

• Support client coordination, scheduling of meetings, and follow-ups

• Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and business documents

• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities

• Assist in handling client concerns and maintaining good client relationships

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding client requirements and operational concerns

• Monitor and update client databases, sales trackers, and business records

• Attend meetings, site visits, and company activities as required by management

• Ensure compliance with company policies and management directives

• Perform administrative and other related tasks assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Administrative Support is an advantage

• Experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is an advantage but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking

• Willing to do fieldwork and attend client meetings when necessary
