Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Development & Account Management

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with local fashion, lifestyle, media, and business partners in the Philippines.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential collaborations, and strategic partnerships to support company growth.
• Coordinate with partner teams to align business objectives, project deliverables, and timelines.
• Support negotiations, partnership discussions, and commercial coordination activities.
• Monitor partnership performance and ensure smooth implementation of collaborative initiatives.

2. Business Coordination & Communication

• Serve as a key communication bridge between Philippines-based partners and internal cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate efficient communication between local and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.
• Prepare meeting notes, presentations, reports, and business updates for leadership.
• Coordinate internal resources and follow through on action items to ensure timely project delivery.

3. Market Research & Industry Insights

• Conduct research on the Philippines market, including media trends, consumer behavior, social media developments, and cultural movements.
• Track competitor activities and identify emerging opportunities relevant to the company’s growth strategy.
• Produce regular market insight reports to support business planning and decision-making.
• Monitor industry developments and regulatory or cultural considerations that may impact operations.

4. Cross-Regional Collaboration

• Work closely with teams in the Philippines and China to support partnership execution and operational coordination.
• Assist in bridging communication and workflow gaps across multicultural teams.
• Support business-related travel coordination and cross-regional project implementation when required.

5. Resource & Network Development

• Build and maintain a strong database of local business, media, and industry contacts.
• Develop relationships with both existing and prospective partners to support long-term business expansion.
• Support the company’s localization and market penetration initiatives.

6. Media & Consumer Trend Monitoring

• Stay updated on global and local media, content, lifestyle, and digital platform trends.
• Share actionable insights and best practices that can be adapted to the Philippines market.
• Contribute ideas that balance international business objectives with local market relevance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, partnership management, account management, media relations, or related roles.
• Experience working with cross-regional or international teams is an advantage.
• Background in the Philippines media, lifestyle, fashion, or digital content industry is highly preferred.
