Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for Lean-Pro Bloodwork Pipeline Outreach Specialists to support a short-term outbound calling project for a health and wellness client.

This role is focused on making high-volume outbound calls within an existing bloodwork pipeline, engaging leads professionally, and helping move conversations forward based on the client’s process. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, conversational, reliable, and able to meet daily call activity targets with consistency.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads within the assigned bloodwork pipeline
• Complete at least 100 outbound calls per day, or the daily KPI set by the client
• Follow the provided call script, process, and outreach guidelines
• Engage leads with a warm, clear, and professional communication style
• Identify lead interest, response status, questions, or next-step readiness
• Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and follow-up details in the assigned system
• Escalate questions, concerns, or complex cases to the assigned team lead or manager
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling health-related lead information

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, customer service, or lead follow-up
• Strong conversational and communication skills
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
• Clear spoken English with a professional and friendly phone presence
• Able to follow scripts, instructions, and outreach processes accurately
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet daily productivity expectations
• Must have an updated computer, quality microphone or headset, and reliable internet connection

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, coaching, or service-based outreach
• Experience handling lead pipelines, CRM updates, or appointment-setting campaigns
• Experience working in short-term outbound calling projects or sprint-based campaigns
