Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

● Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and market presence.

● Acquire new distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and institutional accounts.

● Prospect and onboard modern trade and pharmacy partners such as Mercury Drug,

Southstar Drug, S&R, Landers, supermarkets, and specialty health stores.

● Develop partnerships with hospitals, clinics, dermatologists, nutritionists, wellness

centers, gyms, and corporate wellness programs.

● Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

2. Distributor Management

● Recruit and evaluate new distributors nationwide.

● Conduct distributor accreditation and onboarding.

● Assist distributors with sales strategies, product training, and promotional activities.

● Monitor distributor performance and inventory movement.

● Ensure distributors achieve agreed sales targets.

3. Key Account Management

● Manage relationships with strategic retail and corporate accounts.

● Negotiate listing fees, pricing, payment terms, promotions, and annual agreements.

● Monitor purchase orders, inventory replenishment, and sell-through performance.

● Conduct regular business reviews with key customers.

4. Sales Planning & Execution

● Develop monthly and quarterly sales plans.

● Prepare sales forecasts based on market demand.

● Recommend promotional activities to achieve revenue targets.

● Coordinate product launches with Marketing and Operations.

5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

● Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

● Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, pricing, and promotional

activities.

● Gather customer feedback and recommend product improvements.

● Identify new market opportunities.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with:

● Marketing (campaigns and product launches)

● Regulatory Affairs (product registration requirements)

● Finance (pricing and collections)

● Warehouse & Logistics (inventory and deliveries)

● E-commerce Team (pricing consistency and promotions)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
• Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business
• Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Experience in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, personal care, or healthcare products is preferred
• Experience working with distributors, pharmacies, supermarkets, or modern trade accounts is an advantage.
