Summary

PowerAce Corporation, a fast-growing manufacturer of high-quality food packaging materials, is hiring a Sales Account Executive / Business Dev to expand our presence in the Metro Manila food service market. This role is ideal for energetic “hunters” who thrive in field sales, enjoy closing deals, and want earnings that directly reflect their performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and visit potential clients (restaurants, cafés, food chains, and wholesalers).
  • Present and demonstrate our packaging solutions to decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to purchase order.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Gather market insights and monitor competitor activity.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize commission.


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ experience in Sales or Business Development (F&B, FMCG, or packaging background is a plus).
  • Fresh graduates in Marketing/Business with a strong sales drive are welcome.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willing to perform daily fieldwork across Metro Manila.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
