• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to inform business strategies and initiatives.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for new projects and partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any Course, preferably graduate of any business, management, or any equivalent
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Knowledgeable with modular fabrication is a must
• Knowledge in furniture and structural works is a plus
• Willing to do clerical works (i.e. liquidations, job P.O. etc)
• Willing to do field work around Metro Manila
• Willing to extend working hours including weekends and holidays for client inquiries
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

SALARY RANGE: Php23,000-30,000 with travel and representation allowance

WORK LOCATION: Novaliches, Quezon City

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Saturday
