Business Development Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related program
• At least 3 years of business development, account management and partnerships
• Open to work in a hospital setup
• Has experience in handling people

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise Sales Specialists.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support hospital growth and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with HMOs, corporate clients, government agencies, physicians, and community partners.
• Promote hospital services, programs, and healthcare packages to potential clients and partners.
• Coordinate corporate health programs, wellness initiatives, and partnership activities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with hospital departments to support business development and partnership initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate partnership performance and recommend improvements.
• Represent the hospital at meetings, networking events, and community activities.
• Prepare reports on business development activities, partnerships, and results.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and partnership agreements.
• Support the implementation of the hospital's strategic growth and expansion plans.
