Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to identify and pursue profitable growth opportunities for our Sanitary and Landfill (SLF) business. The role requires developing client relationships, executing marketing and bidding strategies, and supporting project delivery to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop profitable business opportunities to support company growth.
• Execute marketing and sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and sales targets.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets and expenses related to business development activities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with government (LGUs) and private sector clients.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to assess client satisfaction and inform improvements.
• Support bidding activities and prepare proposals for government and private contracts.
• Perform other duties related to SLF projects as assigned.
