Business Development Officer

Hail Transport Inc. is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Officer to join our team in Angeles City, Pampanga. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion across the region.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively research and identify potential new clients and partnership prospects
2. Develop and implement tailored sales and marketing strategies to effectively engage with target organisations
3. Prepare professional proposals, presentations and other sales collateral to showcase our services
4. Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals
5. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and maximise upsell and cross-sell potential
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to new and existing clients
7. Contribute to the development of the company's overall business development strategy

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record in a business development or sales role within the government or local council sector
2. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
3. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities
4. Proficient in preparing high-quality sales proposals and presentations
5. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
6. Degree qualification in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
7. Familiarity with the local government and public sector landscape in Region III
