• Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to promote services.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate/B2B insurance sales
• Knowledge of corporate insurance products, such as:
• - Group life insurance
• - Group health/HMO
• - Property and casualty insurance
• - Employee benefits
• Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, client presentations, proposal preparation, and closing deals.
• Ability to build relationships with HR managers, business owners, executives, and corporate decision-makers.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and generate new business accounts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline and client accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Professional, confident, results-oriented, and customer-focused personality.

Salary range: 27K-32K

Work Location: Bel-air Makati City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
