Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase offerings.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales in a Construction Industry is a plus.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Effective relationship building and customer relationship management
- Qualities and Traits: Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
