Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

*To market and sell Allsec Hr Payroll Services

*Understand Competition in Phillipines for HR/Payroll Services - outsourced and SaaS Payroll

*Provide quantitative analysis of operational and business data to Management

*Maintain business relationship with existing clients

*Map HR/Payroll demand vs supply in the business districts of the country

Job Requirements

*Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, IT, Computer Science or HR Management

*Masters Degree in Business or HR Management

*Must have at least 2years of experience in Business Development

*Experience in selling BPO Payroll Services in Philippines

*Knowledgeable in HR Processes, Policies and Payroll requirements

*This position will expect a fair knowledge of the HR /Payroll in outsourced/ SaaS market in the Philippines

*With Strong analytical and sales skills

*Tech savvy and computer literate with hands on use of Microsoft apps and databases

*Excellent communication skills
