BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a Bachelor's degree holder of any course but Marketing and Business Management would be an advantage.

• 3 years’ experience in PH Payroll Solutions/SaaS/HRMS Services as BDM

• Experience in end-to-end Sales, from market research to closing deals

• Background in B2B sales and marketing would be a plus factor.

• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

• Proficient in MS Office tools and lead generation/CRM tools.

• Willing to work onsite in One World Square, McKinley Hill, Taguig City

• Schedule: day shift (8AM - 5PM / 9 AM – 6 PM)

• PS: as much as possible no profiles from a farmer role only, must be a hunter role
