We are hiring for Business Dev. Manager in Taguig City.

This is an onsite. Salary is up to 100k based on work experience.

Schedule: Day Shift (8AM-5PM/ 9AM-6PM).

Requirements:

Must be a bachelor's degree holder of any course but Marketing and Business Management would be an advantage.

Background in B2B sales and marketing would be a plus factor.

Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

Proficient in MS Office Tools and lead generation tools.

3 years experience in Payroll Solutions/SaaS/HR Services as BDM.

Responsibilities:

Researching industries and market trends to identify new business opportunities

Reaching out to potential partners to explore mutually beneficial collaborations

Creating step-by-step plans to enter new markets or launch new services

Keeping company leadership informed on business development progress and pipeline updates

Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to get new customers
