We are hiring for Business Dev. Associate/Lead Generation Specialist in Taguig City.

This is an onsite. Salary is up to 35k based on work experience.

Schedule: Day Shift (8AM-5PM/ 9AM-6PM).

Target start date: ASAP

Requirements:

Must be a bachelor's degree holder of any course but Marketing and Business Management would be an advantage.

Experience in generating leads from sales and marketing campaigns.

Background in B2B sales and marketing would be a plus factor.

Excellent customer relationship skill.

Experience on tele sales (cold calling) would be an advantage.

Proficient in MS Office Tools and lead generation tools.

2 years experience in Payroll Solutions/HR Services (lead generations)

Duties:

Developing and executing strategic sales plans

Growing existing accounts

Identifying and developing new business opportunities

Working closely with the senior management team to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the progress of the sales team

Ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner

Documenting the sales process and closing

Creating proposals and presentation material

Providing support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process

Managing customer relationships
