JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree Holder (Any course)
• 5 years of work experience in business development, sales, or similar fields
• At least 3 years in a leadership or management position.
• Skilled in negotiating contracts, setting pricing, and working with key clients.
• Working background in logistics or freight forwarding.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set and work toward sales and revenue goals that match the company’s plans.
• Find new business opportunities and estimate how much they can bring in.
• Prepare proposals, price quotes, and contracts for potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and future clients.
• Lead and manage business development team members.
• Work with company leaders to identify opportunities that fit the company’s vision.
• Plan and manage the department’s budget, including funding for new projects.
• Track results of business growth efforts and see what works best.
• Review or guide proposals created by team members.
• Present ideas and pitches to attract new clients.
• Handle client and partner relationships, including resolving major issues.
