Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field

- At least 5 years of experience in account management and business development

- Strong communication, negotiation, and crisis management skills

- Proven ability to handle complex client relationships

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Analyze business needs and provide solutions that meet client objectives.
