Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
- Experience Level: 5–10 years
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledgeable in CRM, market research, planning and sales, telecommunications, and electronics
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Managing sales operations and mentoring team members
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel required
