Responsibilities:

1. Execute channel expansion plans, focusing on acquiring overseas IBs (Introducing Brokers), agents, communities, and online traffic partners.

2. Manage day-to-day channel relationships; monitor agent trading volumes, rebate costs, and retention performance.

3. Handle negotiations, onboarding, and follow-up with prospective agents.

4. Assist the marketing team in planning localized campaigns to boost brand exposure and user growth.

5. Provide market feedback and participate in formulating incentive policies and agent programs.

6. Meet company-assigned business targets, including trading volume, registration numbers, and active user counts.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in agent acquisition, channel management, or business development within the FX, CFD, or cryptocurrency industries is preferred.

2. Familiarity with the Middle East or South Africa markets and existing industry connections are preferred.

3. Strong execution and communication skills; ability to perform under KPI pressure.

4. Basic understanding of financial trading concepts (e.g., leverage, spreads, swaps, trading models).
