岗位职责
1、渠道拓展与管理
负责Trad Fi产品在目标市场的代理/渠道商招募、培训及日常维护
建立并管理多层级代理体系，制定渠道激励政策，推动代理持续引入有效交易用户
2、用户转化策略执行
针对不同类型用户群体（币圈存量用户、传统外汇用户、传统股票用户），制定差异化的BD推进方案
3、重点推动以下方向的渠道对接：
币圈KOL/社群主：通过现有代理资源快速激活Trad Fi交易
外汇代理群体（MT4/MT5方向）：利用产品对标MT5的优势完成批量迁移
传统股票配资/私募机构：探索存量客户转化路径
4、市场情报与竞争分析
跟踪市场的监管动态、竞品动向及用户需求变化，及时反馈至运营与产品团队
针对韩国市场做空需求旺盛的特征，制定区域性BD专项策略
5、跨部门协同
与运营团队协同设计渠道专属活动（如交易大赛、返佣激励），提升渠道活跃度
与产品团队反馈代理商及用户的产品需求，推动Trad Fi功能迭代
任职要求
1、具备外汇行业（MT4/MT5经纪商）销售/代理管理经验，熟悉外汇代理圈层资源或具备传统股票/配资行业渠道资源，了解股民群体的交易习惯与需求
2、对crypto行业有了解
3、软性能力
优秀的商务谈判与资源整合能力，能独立完成从渠道开发到落地转化的全流程
对亚太市场（尤其东南亚、韩国）的加密监管环境与用户生态有一定认知
自驱力强，适应结果导向的业绩考核
