Job Title: Payment Channel Development Manager

Work Location: Pakistan (Islamabad preferred)

Work Mode: Hybrid (remote + offline, travel required)

Salary Range: 1000–2000 UZS.

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently develop and maintain local payment channels in Pakistan, driving the entire process of cooperation from initial contact to signing and implementation, including API integration, wallet account opening, and fund channel setup;
• Collect and evaluate local third-party PSP payment companies, and screen high-quality partners who can provide company wallet accounts.
• Provide business support and merchant onboarding, and be familiar with payment processes for both legitimate and grey market (gaming, gambling) businesses, capable of independently completing merchant onboarding and risk assessment;
• Cooperate with license application, participate in EMI or PSP/PSO license application work, assist in material preparation, institutional communication, and progress tracking;

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of work experience in the Pakistani local payment, fintech, or related industries;

2. Familiar with payment API integration processes, and have led or been deeply involved in channel access projects;

3. Possess business negotiation skills and be able to independently design and sign cooperation agreements;

4. Have a clear understanding of grey market gaming and gambling businesses, and be able to accept and promote related cooperation;

5. Priority will be given to candidates with team management or mentoring experience;

6. Priority will be given to candidates with their own transportation and who can cooperate with on-site visits to partners.
