Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and present business proposals and client presentations.
• Conduct market research and identify potential industries and accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.
• Monitor sales performance, leads, and business development activities.
• Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and business activities
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of Business Development experience, preferably in the manpower staffing, recruitment, executive search, or outsourcing industry.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience handling Australian, Canadian, UK, or other international clients is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite and travel for client meetings and business development activities.
