JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food/F&B industry.
- Generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert prospects into clients or partners.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business strategies.
- Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide forecasts to management.
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry engagements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
