JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food/F&B industry.
• Generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert prospects into clients or partners.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key industry partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business strategies.
• Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide forecasts to management.
• Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry engagements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
