Store Development Staff

Our company is growing, and we are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive STORE DEVELOPMENT STAFF / LEASING STAFF to join our team at our Head Office in Pasay City. If you excel at communication, negotiation, and handling business documents, this is the perfect career opportunity for you!

COMPENSATION & PACKAGE

Total Estimated Package: Php 23,490.00 / month

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Leasing & Negotiation: Coordinate with key developers regarding available commercial spaces. Negotiate offer rates, terms, and charges according to company demands.

Documentation: Prepare and submit Letters of Intent (LOI), brand profiles, and required leasing documents. Arrange and file Lease Contracts securely.

Permits & Operations: Manage and arrange necessary permits required for technical operations and branch deliveries. Oversee compliance with mall and building terms.

Site Management: Conduct site evaluations and ocular visits to assess location suitability, visibility, traffic, accessibility, and overall feasibility.

Lifecycle Monitoring: Monitor and organize existing lease spaces for upcoming renewals or non-renewals.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree holder (any field).Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and highly knowledgeable in formal business correspondence.

Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.

Work Style: Highly independent and capable of working with minimal supervision.

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

Work Days: Monday to Friday only (Enjoy your weekends off!)

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Deployment Location: Head Office – Pasay City
