Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC systems and services
• Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and technical presentations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for design and implementation
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide technical support and after-sales service when needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in HVAC sales, or engineering (preferred)
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems (VRF, chiller systems, split-type, etc.)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Willing to do fieldwork and client visits

Preferred Skills

• AutoCAD or similar software knowledge
• Experience in B2B sales
• Strong presentation and client-handling skills
