- Oversee the operations and workflow of the leasing section in relation to mall and/or building terms.
- Negotiate rental rates, charges, and lease agreements based on company requirements.
- Monitor lease spaces for renewal and/or non-renewal.
- Prepare, arrange, and maintain lease contracts and related documents.
- Coordinate with clients, lessors, and internal departments regarding leasing concerns.
Requirements
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree holder
- With or without experience are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and management skills
- With pleasing personality and professional appearance
