Key Responsibilities

1. Market Expansion & Lead Generation

• Identify Growth Areas: Research and target industries currently experiencing high labor demand (e.g., Logistics, BPO, Manufacturing, or Healthcare).
• Prospecting: Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and networking at industry events to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on competitors' rates, service offerings, and market positioning.

2. Client Acquisition & Contract Negotiation

• Pitching Services: Present the agency’s value proposition to HR Directors, Procurement Managers, and CEOs.
• Proposal Development: Create tailored service proposals, including manning schedules and deployment timelines.
• Financial Negotiations: Negotiate service fees, administrative costs, and payment terms to ensure the account remains profitable for the agency.
• Contract Closing: Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize Service Agreements and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

3. Strategic Account Management

• Needs Assessment: Consult with clients to understand their specific technical requirements, company culture, and peak seasons.
• Relationship Maintenance: Act as the high-level point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for "up-selling" (e.g., providing specialized roles or payroll outsourcing).

4. Internal Collaboration

• Recruitment Briefing: Provide the recruitment/operations team with clear, detailed job orders to ensure the right candidates are sourced.
• Feedback Loop: Communicate client feedback to the recruitment team to refine the sourcing process.
