Business Development Manager

Reinforce Search Inc. is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who already understands the headhunting industry, knows how to open doors, and has an established network of corporate clients and decision-makers.

This is not an entry-level sales role.

We are looking for someone who can bring industry expertise, strong client relationships, and a proven ability to close business.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the headhunting or recruitment industry
• Proven experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Sales, or Account Management
• Existing client portfolio and established connections with HR leaders, business owners, executives, and key decision-makers
• Strong network of companies with recurring or potential recruitment needs
• Proven track record in acquiring and converting clients
• Experience in selling headhunting, executive search, recruitment, or HR solutions
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly driven, commercially minded, and focused on results
