About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our client base and grow our manpower placement services across key industries in the Philippines. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and positioning our company as a preferred staffing partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with companies requiring manpower solutions (contractual, project-based, or direct hire)
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HR managers, operations heads, and key decision-makers
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and service agreements
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of manpower requirements
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine business strategies
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing in line with company guidelines
• Represent the company in industry events, job fairs, and networking activities
• Maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and pipeline activity using CRM tools
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in manpower, staffing, or HR services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of DOLE regulations, POLO requirements, and Philippine labor laws is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Filipino and English
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus
• Willing to travel for client visits and meetings
