Business Development Manager

Responsible for identifying and evaluating corporate hiring needs, acquiring new business accounts, developing tailored staffing solutions and accordance with the legal, compliance and finance departments to facilitate the review and approval of client contract and other commercial documents 

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new B2B clients across BPO, retail, F&B, and corporate sectors.
• Identify client hiring needs and present customized staffing and recruitment solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
• Lead negotiations, close deals, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage client relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide sales forecasts and reports.
• Coordinate with Recruitment Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams for client requirements and contracts.
• Represent the company in business meetings, networking events, and industry activities.
• Handle personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of B2B Business Development/Sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or HR services.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales pipeline tools.
